ঢাকার কেরানীগঞ্জের শুভাঢ্যা খালের কদমতলী খালপাড় এলাকায় বস্তার মধ্যে হাত পা বাধা অবস্থায় অজ্ঞাত যুবতীর লাশ উদ্ধার করেছে দক্ষিন কেরানীগঞ্জ থানা পুলিশ।
দক্ষিণ কেরানীগঞ্জ থানার এস আই বাছির উদ্দিন জানান, শনিবার সন্ধ্যার দিকে কেরানীগঞ্জের শুভাঢ্যা খালের কদমতলী এলাকায় খালের ওপর একটি বস্তা ভাসতে দেখলে এলাকাবাসীর সন্দেহ হয় । পরে তারা বিষয়টি থানা পুলিশকে খবর দেয়।
এলাকাবাসীর তথ্যমতে আমি ঘটনাস্থলে গিয়ে বস্তাটি খুলে হাত পা বাধা অবস্থায় একটি যুবতীর লাশ দেখতে পাই। তিনি আরো বলেন, উদ্ধার হওয়া যুবতী একটি গোলাপী রঙের পৃন্টের থ্রী পিস পড়া ছিলো। নিহত তরুনের শরীরে কোন আঘাতের চিহ্ন পাওয়া যায় নি।
ধারনা করা হচ্ছে দুর্বৃত্তরা অজ্ঞাতনামা তরুনীটিকে হত্যার পর লাশটি বস্তায় বন্দী করে ফেলে দেয়। । লাশের ময়না তদন্তের জন্য হাসপাতাল মর্গে পাঠানো হয়েছে। ময়না তদন্তের রিপোর্ট হাতে পাওয়ার পড়েই কিভাবে মৃত্যু হলো তা জানা যাবে।
এ ব্যাপারে পুলিশ বাদী হয়ে দক্ষিন কেরানীগঞ্জ থানায় একটি মামলা দায়ের করেছে। এ রিপোর্ট লেখা পর্যন্ত অজ্ঞাত নামা তরুনীর পরিচয় পাওয়া যায়নি।
